The problem
Hitachi is an eighteen-month-old German Shepherd. His elderly owners called me in because they could no longer approach him while he was in his kennel, and the dog “appeared” aggressive.
What happened
The video speaks for itself. Five minutes into the session, the dog his owners could not get near was working calmly on the lead beside me.
